1) Must be a Citadeler; i.e., an established member of the Final Fantasy VII Citadel Forums. Must be in good standing with other members the Citadel community. Former Citadelers are also welcome to join.
2) A website (and/or blog) is not required, but if you do have one and choose to have it listed here, then the addition of a banner to your site would be very much appreciated. A link to the Final Fantasy VII Citadel is also recommended.
